This event is organized in relationship to the standardization efforts at the IETF Software Updates for Internet of Things (suit) working.
Everyone who is interested in hands-on work on the IoT firmware update specifications (and particularly on the manifest specification - , is welcome. We are also encouraging work on supporting technologies, such as the CBOR Object Signing and Encryption (cose) security wrapper. COSE is used as a building block in the IETF SUIT working group.
